试论中古语法的历史地位

从东汉至隋是汉语史上的中古时期 ,近年来中古汉语的研究开始受到重视。中古语法在继承上古语法的同时 ,词法与句法中均有较为显著的淘汰与新生。这些变化构成了中古语法的重要内容 ,并为近代汉语语法的进一步演变奠定了基础 ,唐宋时期许多流行的语法现象均萌芽发展于中古。中古语法体现了新旧语法形式的交替 ,起着前承上古后启近代的作用 ,在汉语语法史上具有重要地位

A Tentative Analysis of the Historical Role of Middle Chinese Grammar

The period from the Eastern Han Dynasty to the Sui Dynasty constituted the period of Middle Chinese. Research in Middle Chinese has attracted attention in recent years. While retaining features of Ancient Chinese grammar, obvious obsolete cases and new uses occurred in morphology and syntax. The changes became an important part of Middle Chinese grammar and laid a basis for the further evolution of Early Modern Chinese grammar. Numerous grammatical phenomena in the Tang and Song Dynasties started in Middle Chinese. Middle Chinese grammar represented a change in which new forms replaced old ones, thus playing a significant role in the history of Chinese grammar by acting as a connecting link.
