管治理念及中国大都市区管理模式的重构

管治 (Governance)作为一种在政府与市场之间进行权利平衡再分配的制度性理念 ,已经愈来愈成为全球性的共同课题 ,并迅速渗透到城市与区域规划、管理的具体行动中。探究管治概念的由来与本质 ,客观评价其局限性 ,在国际比较的基础上以管治的理念探讨中国大都市地区管理模式的重构 ,对我国相应的研究与实践具有重要意义

Governance and the Reconstruction of the Management Pattern in Chinese Metropolitan Cities

As a systematic concept concerning the right balance and redistribution between the government and the market, governance has become a global subject, and is penetrating the activities in urban and regional planning and management at a rapid pace. This article explores the origins and essence of governance, appraises its limitations objectively and, based on international comparisons and using the notion of governance, discusses the reconstruction of the management pattern of Chinese metropolitan cities. This study is of great significance to relevant research and practices in China.
