| Abstract: | The legal application of contracts involving foreign interests, a constant concern in academic circles, involves various legal areas and layers. The enforcement of Contract Law in China has brought a variety of new problems whether in theory or in practice. Providing uniform answers to these issues will not only eliminate mistaken ideas but is also required by correct legal enforcement. |
