| 摘 要： | 公司股东会会议通知是关乎股东利益的大问题 ,但我国公司法理论并未对此给予足够的关注 ,现行《公司法》的有关规定亦极为简略 ,存在颇多缺陷。故应借此次《公司法》修改之机 ,从股东会会议的通知人、通知期限、通知方式、通知对象、通知内容等方面予以完善
