| Abstract: | This paper has analyzed the two major features of knowledge economy and pointed out that the development of knowledge economy has brought about the change in the concept of industrial management. Knowledge management differs from information management in that the former stresses knowledge exchange and creative competency. It further discusses the execution of knowledge management from the aspects of the development of knowledge elements, perfection of stimulus mechanism, and the establishment of information network. |
