| Abstract: | Renevolence was the base of Shen Jiaben's prison reforming thoughts. The aim of the prison reform was persuation. The suggestions of prison reform that he put forward were conducted at the end of the Qing Dynasty. Shen Jiaben's prison reforming thoughts were the sign that the traditional federal prison building thoughts of China transferred to the bourgeois prison building thoughts. |
