| 摘 要： | 《追求卓越》一书通过对具体案例与详细数据研究分析,揭示了新手教师成长为专家型教师过程中各种因素所起的不同作用,正是实践经验理论化和理论理解的实践化的互动,使得非专家教师得以超越自身的局限,在职业发展过程中不断追求卓越。《追求卓越》一书在问题意识、方法启示、研究过程等方面的突破与创新对当前的教师发展研究有诸多启示,对探索与研究有效的教师教育方式有很强的指导作用。
