浅议高校资产管理

在当前社会经济条件之下,高校资产管理对高校的长期发展至关重要。我国部分高校在资产管理方面存在管理制度不完善,管理意识落后;管理方法落后,资产账实不符;资产购置不合理;资产使用效益低下等诸多问题。要解决以上问题,则必须完善管理制度,改善管理方法,加强资产购置预算,提高固定资产的使用效益。
