试论江泽民对教育方针的丰富和发展

教育方针是党和国家在一定历史时期内提出的实现教育总体目标的基本路线,是指导教育工作的根本指导思想和行动纲领,江泽民在继承毛泽东、邓小平等关于教育方针的有关思想和论述的基础上,提出教育为社会主义和人民服务,以提高国民素质为根本宗旨,坚持教育与社会实践相结合,努力造就“四有”新人及德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设和接班人,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力等新诊断,丰富和发展了我党的教育方针,对指导我国的教育工作具有十分重要的意义。

A Tentative Study on Jiang Zemin's Enrichment and Development of Educational Policy

Educational policy is the basic line of achieving general educational goals set by the Party and the state in a certain period, and the basic guiding ideology and program of action that guides the educational work. After inheriting Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping's thoughts and ideas on educational policy, Jiang proposes that education is to serve socialism and the people and that the tenet for education is to improve the people's all-around qualities. Education should be integrated with social practice to create new generation with "four haves" and socialist builders and successors with all-around development of morality, intelligence and physique. Students should be trained to have break-new-ground spirit and ability to practice. All this enriches and develops our party's educational policy, and plays an important role in guiding our country's educational work.
