知识密集型服务企业服务创新能力的模糊综合评价

摘    要:在构建知识密集型服务企业服务创新能力评价指标体系的基础上,运用专家估计法和模糊综合评价法建立了数学模型,对知识密集型服务企业的服务创新能力进行了客观的评价。结果表明,所建的评价指标体系和所采用的评价方法对知识密集型服务企业有一定的适用性,它清楚地反映了企业服务创新能力各个指标的相对重要性,同时,使知识密集型服务企业能够从深层次认识企业的服务创新水平,发现自身不足,并且对于正确制定企业服务创新政策和战略目标、改进创新管理工作等方面都具有重要的意义。

Abstract:By establishing an appraisal index system, and adopting Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method , a mathematical model was built to objectively evaluate service innovation ability of a knowledgeintensive service enterprise. The result indicates that the appraisal index system and the evaluation methods have wide applicability to the knowledge-intensive service enterprise. It can clearly reflect the relative importance of each index for the enterprise's service innovation ability, at the same time, a knowledge-intensive service enterprise can realize its service innovative level and find its deficiency, and it has great significance for providing the proper development of business services innovation policies and strategic objectives.
