道德在企业信用建设中发挥着特有的功能,然而如何通过对企业信用中所存在的伦理维度与道德基础提供一种正当性的说明,发挥道德的激励功能、道德的协调功能、道德的规范功能对推动和促进企业信用的建设与发展,需要企业着重对信用主体的道德激励,对信用关系的道德调整,对信用管理的道德约束进行探究。

On Business Credit and Function of Ethics

Ethics performs a paticular function in establishing business credit.Nevertheless,in order to perform the functions of inspiration,coordination and regulation to promote the construction and development of business credit,enterprises are required to pay more attention to moral inspiration of credit subjects,moral adjustment of credit relation,and moral restriction of credit management.
