| 摘 要： | 本文对实现CSERP系统进行了初步的探讨,引入科学的管理方法,将安全管理深入到作业层次,便于及时发现安全管理的薄弱环节。同时,对煤矿各种安全问题进行预警和监控以及对安全度的最佳成本进行测算等,为煤矿安全管理及决策提供指导。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the realizing CSERP system. Through introducing advanced scientific management, and penetrating the safety control into the work level, the weak link of the safety control could be found. At the same time, the early warning and the monitoring of each kind of security problem in the coal mine should be carried out and the best cost of the satisfaction degree of safety should be surveyed, which will help make the correct decision in the coal mine safety management. |
