大学生村官工作长效机制探索与解析

College Student Village Leaders:An Exploration and Analysis of Its Long-term Working Mechanism

The selection of college students as village leaders after graduation is one of the important strategic measures to construct a socialist countryside and strengthen the construction of the national political system.In respect to the implementation of this national policy,opinions differ among executive leaders and peasants in the countryside.An investigation in Jiangning District,Nanjing City reveals that people＇s understanding to this policy decides to a large extent whether the college student village leaders can do a good job in their work.In the long run,the developing trend and future of the policy is much expecting.Therefore,we should strengthen the supervision of these leaders,further enhance its reform,innovation and perfection,and formulate a long-term working mechanism.In this way,these village leaders can develop in a healthy way.
