| Abstract: | In light of the guiding credit system-based training programs of civil engineering, the paper discusses how to strengthen the basic education, how to extend the scope of specialty, how to optimize the contents and systems of the courses, and how to improve the fieldwork ability. Accordingly it also puts forth the training model of "Platform + Specialty + Individuality". |
