New Study on the Relationship Between Peter I Reform and the North War

Peter I Reform and the North War are two important historical events which took place at the same time in the early modern history of Russia.Cenerally,the view is taken by scholars both at home and abroad that`Peter I Reform ensured the victory of the North War'.But the author has different ideas about it.According to the purpose and contents of Peter I Reform,the North War is considered as a break through point in the reform and having pushed it forward an specific historical conditions.In fact,the war and the reform promotes each other.This kind of mutual promotion relationship determines the features of the modernization way of Russia.
