摘    要:目的:探讨以案例为基础(case-based learning,CBL)教学法在眼科学课堂教学中的应用效果。方法:将同一教学对象的眼科学教学内容分为两部分实施,分别称为实验组与对照组。实验组采用CBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法进行教学,比较两种教学方法的教学效果。结果:实验组的理论考试成绩和对照组相比,差异没有统计学意义,但病案分析考试成绩和学生对两种教学效果的评价差异具有统计学意义。结论:CBL教学法在眼科学课堂教学中具有明显优势,更有利于学生综合素质的提高。
