| 摘 要： | 加强流动党员的教育管理是基层党组织建设的重要组成部分。南京医科大学针对流动党员的特点,依托现代信息技术手段,创新流动党员教育管理模式,创设了流动党员网上学习教育平台和思想交流的新家园。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the education and management of floating Party members is the important component of grass-roots Party organizations construction.Based on the characteristics of floating Party members in Nanjing Medical University,modern information technology and innovative education management mode,the authors created a new online home of learning and teaching for floating Party members to exchange ideas. |
