| 摘 要： | “德法并举”治国方略的提出是我党在治国方略上的完善和创新。文章分析了这一治国方略确立的深刻根源，阐述了其对发展先进生产力、发展先进文化和维护最广大人民根本利益具有的不可低估的战略意义。文章最后还提出了对实现“德法并举”治国方略的几点思考。

| Abstract: | Putting forward the general plan of governing the country by law and morality is a perfection and innovation of our party. The article analyzes the profound foundations of this general plan, expounds its extremely important strategic meanings of promoting advanced productivity, developing advanced culture and maintaining the fundamental interests of the great majority of most of the people. At the end, the article brings forward some suggestions to realize the general plan of governing the country by law and morality. |
