| Abstract: | Taking the people as a dominant factor is the final conclusion of the philosophy of Marx and Engles,and it is the essence and core of Chinese Marxist philosophy and the highest value of socialist modernization.The sci- entific view of development,which is proposed by Mr.Hu Jintao,the General Secretary of the Party,is the con- centrated expression of the world view and methodology.Taking the people as a dominant factor is the essence and core of the scientific view of development,and it is the sublimation of Marist philosophy. |
