| 摘 要： | 由行政监督的定义出发对行政监督主体、客体、内容及其方式进行解析,从而得出行政监督的特征,并根据自律系统和他律系统的相互关系及其对行政监督的作用作以图表分析,最后结合我国行政监督现状对如何进一步加强行政监督给出一种思路.

| Abstract: | From the definition of "the administrative supervision",we give a full analysis to the subject,object,content and manner of the AS.And the characters of the AS can be made out.We also analyze the relations between the autonomy system and heteronomy system and the influence to the Administrative Supervision by them,based on charts.At the end of the thesis,an approach about how to further enhance the AS is suggested,according to the present condition of the AS in our country. |
