地方高校土木工程专业工程实践能力培养的探索--以湖南文理学院土木建筑工程系教学实践为例

新建地方院校土木工程专业受师资、学术水平的影响,只能定位于培养生产一线的高级工程和管理人才,这就要求教师和学生具有较强的工程实践能力。在具体实践中,必须以转变教育思想观念为先导,明确实践教学为主线,以构建相对独立的实践教学体系为基础,以校内外实习基地建设为实施平台,建立良性激励机制,促进教师不断提高工程实践能力。

Exploration of Engineering Practical Ability of Teachers in Local Undergraduate University--Example of Teaching Practice of Department of Civil Engineering of Hunan University of Arts and Science

Influenced by teachers and learning level,the department of civil engineering of newly-established local university only focuses on cultivating senior engineer and management people for production line,which requires that teachers and students have strong engineering practical ability.In practice,we must be guided by changing educational thinking,make clear practical teaching,build up independent educational practice system,establish simulative system and boost teachers to improve engineering practical ability.
