| 摘 要： | 导游是旅游业中最具代表性的工种,导游服务质量参差不齐已成为制约当前中国旅游业深入发展的一大问题。导游服务的问题主要源于不合理的工资制度。因此,提高导游服务质量的关键在于导游人员薪金制度的改革以及行业管理的规范。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the possibility of reform in the pay system for tourist guides in China.The failure to provide service of uniform quality has been an obstacle to the further development of China's tourism.It's believed that the problem lies in the pay system.Therefore,it is important to study the possibility of reform in the system so as to improve the quality of the service. |
