| 摘 要： | 本文通过对河北省的大型体育场馆进行问卷调查、实地考察以及相关文献资料的分析,总结了河北省大型体育场馆的经营管理现状,分析了制约河北省大型体育场馆运营的体制性障碍,并提出了改革意见和模式,以期对河北省乃至全国的大型体育场馆的改革起到一定的借鉴作用. |

| Abstract: | Through questionnaire of and actual review to large scale stadiums of Hebei province and the analysis of concerned literature,the thesis summarizes their present status of operation and management,finds out the systematical problems such as the ones on management and financial systems and personnel rules and brings forth advices and modes for reform,hoping it can give certain reference to the reform of large scale stadiums of our province and even of our country. |
