| 摘 要： | 分析中国村庄权力结构进而对乡村社会性质进行研究,一直是中外学者们十分关注的一个重要课题.本文通过对刘下村的个案分析,剖析了当前中部地区由传统农业生产为主的村庄社区转变为以打工经济为主的新村庄社区后的村庄权力结构的变化,分析了现阶段村庄权力如何在乡政--村两委会--自然村委--村民四级利益主体间,以及民间组织间进行分割,并提出了从体制上提高村干部待遇,即在"乡政村治"中把"村治"权下沉到自然村,现有行政村则变为"乡政"的代理人的改革思路.

| Abstract: | This paper makes an analysis of the change of village power structure in central China when the village is undergoing the change from the traditional agriculture to the economic mode characterized by a lot of employed workers in cities, expounds how the power is separated in the four-level sections: the village government, the two committees in the village, the natural village committee and villagers. Some reformative suggestions are put forward to change the current situation. |
