| 摘 要： | 建立食品安全长效机制是深入贯彻落实社会主义科学发展观的必然要求,而食品工业企业诚信管理体系的建设恰恰是建立食品安全长效机制的重要内容之一。针对食品工业管理体系建设过程中的问题,要从产业链模式、食品安全追溯制度、企业诚信文化建设、诚信信息披露和征集、诚信评价体系等方面完善食品工业诚信管理体系建设。

| Abstract: | Establishing long- term mechanism for food safety is a necessary requirement to implement the scientific concept of socialism development,and the construction of credit management system in the food industry is one of it. It is necessary to perfect credit management system in the mode of the industry chain,food safety traceability system,corporate culture of integrity,honesty and disclosure of information collection,evaluation system and so on. |
