高校学报编辑对硕士研究生的教育职能研究

硕士研究生是科研队伍中的一支重要力量。研究生初写论文,没有经验,论文中存在很多问题,高校学报编辑身在高校,应主动发挥教育职能,对其进行论文写作的指导。在硕士研究生投稿及修稿过程中,编辑不仅应当努力提高其写作水平,还当注重科学精神的培养。在实际工作中,高校学报编辑应努力提高教育意识,认真对待研究生作者,开设论文写作、发表课程或讲座,创建网络交流平台,实时答疑解惑,充分发挥教育职能。

A Study on Educational Function of University Journal Editors for Graduates

Graduate students are an important force in academic community. Lack of experience causes variety of problems in their writing. Journal editors in colleges and universities should be active to be educators in guiding the essay writing. In the process from submitting to publication,the editors should not only help improve students＇ writing level,but cultivate their scientific awareness. The editors themselves should strive to improve the education consciousness,respect graduate authors,set up courses or seminars of essay writing,create network communication platform to give full play to the function of education.
