我国小型食品企业社会责任建设的困境与对策研究

摘    要:小型食品企业是我国食品产业家族中数量最多的主体类型,影响着我国食品企业社会责任建设的效果。小型食品企业的社会责任建设面临着主客观方面的诸多困境,需要准确理解小型食品企业社会责任的内涵,并由政府、社会和企业三方共同推进小型食品企业的社会责任建设。

Abstract:Small food businesses,one of the main types in the food industry family,with the largest number,are responsible for the social responsibility construction of food businesses in our country. To construct the social responsibility of small- scaled food enterprises is confronted with a lot of subjective and objective difficulties,so it is necessary to accurately understand the connotation of their social responsibility,and perform the task by the government,society and businesses themselves.
