| 摘 要： | 1978年以后中国农村金融逐步深化,但是到了1990年代中期以后,农村金融深化出现减缓甚至部分逆转现象。通过对中国农村正规金融局部性浅化的实证分析,文章指出造成正规金融局部性浅化的原因是市场失灵,而不是政府金融抑制,认为在加强监管的条件下,放开部分非正规金融,促进正规金融与非正规金融的联合是遏制农村正规金融局部性浅化的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Finances got deepened in rural China since 1978, but after the mid 90's, the financial deepening process in rural China slowed down or even turned back. This article points out, based on case study analysis, that the cause of it is market malfunctioning rather than financial checking by the government. The author maintains that an effective way is to open up certain formal finances and promote the alliance between formal finances and informal finances under the condition of strengthening financial supervision. |
