| 摘 要： | 校企合作可以更好地促进企业对知识的吸收,加快知识创新的效率.从知识网络中影响知识流动的因素出发,分析了企业与高校合作的原因,提出在促进校企合作构建知识网络的过程中,不同行为主体应采取的措施与建议.

| Abstract: | University-Enterprise cooperation can promote the ability of an enterprise to absorb the knowledge and accelerate the efficiency of knowledge innovation.This paper,based on the elements of impacting knowledge flow in the knowledge network,analyses the reasons of the University-Enterprise cooperation,offers some measures and proposals that different behavior main-bodies should take in the process of promoting University-Enterprise cooperation and building knowledge networks. |
