我国农业保险发展回眸与思考

文章回眸了我国农业保险发展所经历的六个阶段及在探索改革中创建的四种农业保险模式,阐述了在试点总结的基础上所形成的具有中国特色的五种供选农业保险模式。继而,在分析我国农业保险存在法律法规不健全、保险水平低、经营主体缺位和政府支持力度小等四大问题基础上,提出了加大政策性农业保险财政补贴力度、成立政策性农业保险机构、建立多元化农业保险组织、加快农业保险立法进程、加大宣传、提高意识、建立经营风险分散体系、培育和开放农业保险市场等七点思考。

A Retrospect of the Development of Agricultural Insurance in China
