| 摘 要： | 目标管理是一种科学的管理方法,有三个基本表征。在对高校办公室运用目标管理存在问题进行分析的基础上,提出从目标的设定、目标管理的实施和目标管理的考评三个层面论述高校办公室运用目标管理的策略。
