| 摘 要： | 大学生的人格教育与培养是思想政治教育内化的基础，它直接影响到思想政治工作的效果和深入。同时思想政治教育也对于学生人格的完善起着积极的促进作用。因此，应把加强思想政治工作与人格教育有机的结合起来。
