| 摘 要： | 受贿犯罪是我国目前比较常见的一种渎职犯罪和破坏社会主义市场经济秩序的犯罪,它直接危害国家权力行使的廉洁性和市场经济运行的公正性,最终影响到反腐倡廉的有效进行和国家的安定团结。不同的受贿罪,主体不同,根据我国现行《刑法》和最新的司法解释,定性也不同,处罚结果相差悬殊。

| Abstract: | The acceptance of bribes,a crime of misconduct in office, is generally regarded as one of the crimes committed most in our country.It impacts on our socialist market economy,endangering the incorruptibility of the government authority and the impartiality of market economy circulation.In the end it'll impinge on the protection from corruption and the stabilization and solidarity of our society.The acceptance of bribes varies in its subject matter.The findings also vary a lot in terms of the present criminal law and the latest judicial interpretation. |
