| 摘 要： | 在分析考察列宁时期苏共执政体制确立及运行的情况后,得出以下结论:布尔什维克党在建立执政体制的过程中并没有从理论上解决党政关系问题;列宁时期确立的布尔什维克党执政体制是理想主义与现实主义相互矛盾的产物,具有过渡的色彩;列宁从来没有把"一党制"说成是社会主义的必然规律.
