农村剩余劳动力的转移

目前，中国农村剩余劳动力约在１４ 亿左右，据估计到２０００ 年将超过２ 亿。农村剩余劳动力的转移， 已经成为关系到改革开放和我国现代化建设全局的重大问题。本文分析了农村剩余劳动力转移的原因、人口特征及模式， 进一步探讨了农村剩余劳动力转移的利与弊， 在此基础上， 对农村剩余劳动力的转移作了一定的政策分析。
