| 摘 要： | 市场经济是信用经济，加强社会信用体系建设是社会主义市场经济体制的内在要求。本文从理论与买际的结合上，对构建社会主义和谐社会需要社会信用，我国社会信用体系建设取得的主要成就、存在的主要问题及加快我国社会信用体系建设应采取的主要对策进行了有益的探索与研究。
