| 摘 要： | 阐述了企业可持续发展和企业法律环境的含义。论述企业可持续发展与企业法律环境关系及相互作用。强调了良好的法律环境有利于提高企业可持续发展的有效性、规范性,有利于强化企业可持续发展的效果。指出了为实现企业可持续发展,必须营造良好的法律环境,并建立了适应法律环境实现可持续发展的具体措施:加强事前法律防范,加强日常规范管理,制定和实施前瞻性可持续发展战略。

| Abstract: | This paper explains the definition of sustainable development and legal circumstances of business. It states the correlation and interaction of sustainable development and legal circumstances of business. It emphasizes that good legal circumstances is helpful to strengthen the validity and normalization of sustainable development and the outcome of sustainable development. It delicates that good legal circumstances should be set up in order to realize sustainable development and puts forward correct solutions to realize sustainable development adapting to legal circumstances:strengthen legal defense before the affairs and daily regulation, make and carry out predictable strategy of sustainable development. |
