发达国家老年照护服务供给体制改革及其借鉴意义

发达国家老年照护服务的内容和形式是多种多样的。 2 0世纪 80年代以来 ,发达国家对老年照护服务供给体制进行了一系列改革 ,包括鼓励发展居家照护和社区照护 ,对各种照护服务实行统一管理 ;引入竞争机制 ,增强照护供给体制的灵活性和适应性 ,提高照护服务质量 ;增加个人对照护服务的选择自由 ,保证老年人在利用照护资源中的公平机会和待遇等。这些经验对我们建立有中国特色的老年照护制度具有一定的借鉴意义。

The Reforms in Tendance Service System for Senior Citizen in Developed Countries and its use for Reference

The Contents and forms of tendance service for senior citizens in developed countries are various. From 1980s onward there in the developed countries a series of reforms were made for tendance service system for senior citizen: (1) to have the tendance service under unified management; (2) to have the tendance service led to competitive mechanism, enhancing flexibility and adaptability; (3) to encourage domestic tendancy and coummunity tendancy; (4) the option for tendance service is given to the individuals, and ensuring equal chance and treatment for senior citizens to make use of tendance resource, etc.. These could be somehow used for reference to our tendance service practice with Chinese Characteristics.
