摘    要:信息用户对信息的要求越来越高。图书馆应调整服务策略 ,调查研究信息用户需求特点 ,丰富完善信息服务手段。信息资源建设应树立精品意识 ,信息服务技能要达到娴熟精湛 ,以全面提高信息用户的满意度。

Abstract:Information users are now making higher and higher demands on information. Libraries should adjust their tactic of rendering service, investigate and study the characteristics of the needs of information users, and diversify and consmmate their methods for offering information service. The collection of information resources should adopt the idea of securing high quality materials . Libraries should be adept in doing information service. Their skill should be exquisite. Their purpose should be to fully enhance the satisfaction of information users.
