| 摘 要： | 测定了 TX-5、TX-8两个棉花品种在不同播种期、不同铃期的抗生物质——单宁含量及其对铃炭疽病的影响。结果表明,单宁对铃炭疽病具有明显的抑菌作用;不同播种期、不同铃期铃的各部位的抑菌强度和棉铃中单宁浓度呈正相关;选用早熟性强的棉花品种适期播种,使铃炭疽病盛发期的棉铃处于单宁含量较高的阶段,可减轻病害的发生,达到避免病害的目的。

| Abstract: | The Tannin Acid was analyzed in two varieties(TX-5,TX-8)in different growth stage. The results indicated that Tannin Acid in cotton boll can inhibit the growth if Glomorella gossypii.The intensity of inhibition was correlated with the contents of Tannin Acid of the cotton boll in different position.The lowest effective concentration was 1500 ppm.It was shown that the stronger pre mature varieties should be chosen make to the period of high incident of diseases meet the period of high contents of Tannin Acid.It should enable cot- ton boll to escape with and to alleviate the damage caused by the G.gossypii effectively. |
