| 摘 要： | 民办高校的教育质量是学校生存与发展的生命线,教师队伍整体素质的高低,是教育质量优劣的决定性因素.当前我国民办高校师资队伍存在着诸多问题,对民办高校师资队伍存在的问题进行分析,并提出解决问题的对策和建议.
