| 摘 要： | 笔者认为目前管理学理论基本局限于研究企业管理 ,不能适应人类社会各行各业管理实践对管理理论的要求 ,因而主张在原有管理理论的基础上进一步创建“普通管理学”。本文简明扼要地介绍了笔者关于创建“普通管理学”的基本构想 ,并特别着重介绍了笔者独创的普通管理学 1 0条基本原理的核心内容
