| 摘 要： | 《公务员法》是我国首部公务员人事管理的综合法律。从《国家公务员暂行条例》到《公务员法》,我国公务员制度的发展路径实现了一个较大的飞跃。同《国家公务员暂行条例》相比, 《公务员法》出现了许多新内容,新内容既包括概念的新内涵和首次纳入法律范畴的新规定,也包括对原条款进行调整的部分。

| Abstract: | Civil Servant Law is the first comprehensive law of human management of civil servant in our country. The civil servant system has undergone a great leap forward from Temporary Regulation of Civil Servants to Civil Servant Law. Comparing to the Temporary Regulation of Civil Servants, Civil Servant Law has many new contents including new connotation of the concepts and some new rules that are written into the law for the first time. There are also some adjustments to the former articles. |
