| 摘 要： | 辅导员是高等学校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是做好大学生的思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,承担着培养、教育、关心社会主义事业的建设者和接班人的重要职责。新形势下,建设一支高素质的辅导员队伍,从而推动思想政治教育工作卓有成效的开展,是摆在各高校面前的一个重要课题。
