| 摘 要： | 金融服务贸易的发展有赖于完善的监管制度提供保障。但目前我国的金融服务贸易监管制度并不完善。因此,应着眼于从明晰监管体制、优化监管手段、完善监管内容体系、加强配套制度建设等方面寻求突破,以促进中国金融服务贸易健康发展。

| Abstract: | Legal supervision system is beneficial to the development of financial service trade.However,it is not perfect in China.For financial service trade to develop better,we should clarify supervision system,optimize the regulatory means,improve the regulatory content system,and strengthen the building of supporting institutions that enhances supervision. |
