企业家职业化问题浅探

企业家是推动国有企业改革的中坚力量,是现代企业制度建立和发展的主体,然而目前我国企业家阶层还处于一个相对艰难的成长阶段,企业家职业化还面临着许多的问题。要解决这些问题,一方面要为企业家的成长创造适宜的外部环境,另一方面要形成企业家职业化的内在成长机制。

On the Professionalization of Entrepreneurs

As the principal part of the modern business system,entrepreneurs are the backbone to promote the reform of the state enterprises.However,the entrepreneurs in our country are still in the relatively difficult state of preliminary growth.There are yet many problems for them to become professionals.To overcome these promblems,we should do a good job in creating both internal external conditions suitable for the intrepreneurs to grow up quickly.
