| Abstract: | To realize the conversion of education from the goal for higher academic grade to the goal for better human quality,it is necessary to set up new objectives,to change the educational structure and its appraisal system,to better the educational environment,and to enhance the teachers quality,so as to form a new structure of education for quality. |
