论审美观照与历史认识的关系

作为一种对美的事物的感性直观达到对其理性内涵把握的心理活动方式, 审美观照应被用于对历史的认识。认为认识者惟此方能在已进行过的逻辑认识、 伦理判断的基础上, 达到对历史的完整把握。至于这样做的条件, 则除了认识者具有运用这一方法的能力外,还在于历史确实蕴涵有美的内容。自然, 一旦这样做了,则不仅认识者能由此获得一份渗融着理解的情感愉悦,而且历史学亦将获得新的发展,或者说将使已中断的优秀古代史学传统再一次得到复兴。

On the Relationship Between Aesthetic Outlook and Historical Cognition

As a form of the psychological activity of understanding the beauty from a perceptual stage to a rational one,aesthetic outlook should be applied to historical cognition.Only in this way and on the basis of logical cognition and ethical judgement,can the researchers have a complete knowledge of history.To achieve this goal,on the one hand,the researchers should have the ability to apply this method,on the other hand,history itself should contain beauty.With the presence of the two conditions,the researchers will have a pleasant feeling of understanding it and the historical studies will be advanced,in other words,the suspended traditional study of history will be revived.
