| Abstract: | This article reveals the fundamental cause of the weakness and incompetency in ide ological and political education——lacking distinction between responsibility, right and interest , and arrives at a conclusion that ideological and political education be carried out by law. Based an the analysis of the present situation and keep the future in mind, the author expounds the urgent necessity for making an ideological and political education law. |
