论班级管理组织的重建

传统班级管理组织模式是在自然经济、农业经济、计划经济条件下行政化的产物, 其固有的弊端: 等级性、封闭性、形式性、管理宽泛、缺乏针对性, 使之与市场经济、知识经济格格不入。重建班级管理组织模式, 必然要革新观念, 确立重建原则,勇于实践。新的班级管理组织模式以群体志趣差异为依据设置干部,引入竞争,实行轮流制、聘任制、导师制,进行多元评价,这更符合素质教育的内在要求, 有利于学生主动发展、全面发展、全体发展。

On the Reconstruction of Class and Grade Managerial Organization in the University

The traditional norm of class and grade managerial organization is resulted from the system of natural,agricultural and planning economy,whose defects lie in its hierarchical,close and formalist management.This state of affairs is totally incompatible with the conditions under market and knowledge economy.The new norm of class and grade organization should be one that is competitive,shiftable,carrying a system of appointment,and working under the guidance of teachers.
